Here is a suggested improved version of the email, using some of the advice we've discussed in these pages. In this new version, we have been precise about the time of the meeting and the number of copies needed. We have also corrected spelling mistakes, created more 'white space', used a list format, and left out irrelevant information such as the donuts and the instructions about parking permits. (Those instructions are important, but should be put in a separate email so they are not missed and don't distract from the main message here.)<\/div>\n\n
